For organisations

More energy. Better focus. Sustainable performance.

Modern work often means spending hours sitting, looking at screens and moving very little. Over time, this can affect our performance, how we feel, move, concentrate and maintain our energy throughout the day.

The good news is that meaningful change doesn’t require turning the office into a gym.

Simple movement, breathing and small changes in our daily routines can help us feel better and perform better.

My programs give employees practical tools they can use throughout the working day — to move more, manage their energy, regain focus and better understand the habits that support physical and mental performance.

Everything can be done directly at your workplace, without special equipment and without breaking a sweat.

Inspired to Move

A practical workplace program for more energy, focus and sustainable performance.

Inspired to Move is an interactive two-day program built around movement, breathing and everyday habits.

Rather than adding another workout to an already busy schedule, we explore how small changes can become part of the working day itself.

The program combines science-backed principles with simple practices that employees can immediately experiment with and apply in their own lives.

Two day program

Inspired to move is a practical and accessible workshop designed around your workplace and the realities of the working day.

I guide employees through science-backed principles and simple practices for supporting the body, mind and everyday performance. Everything can be done directly in the workplace, without special equipment or even breaking a sweat.

Day 1 – Movement, Focus & Daily Rhythm

We explore how small changes in morning routine, movement, breathing and the rhythm of the day can influence the way we feel and perform.

Through simple movement, playful exercises and breathing practices, we learn how to:

  • activate the body and improve circulation,
  • sharpen focus and maintain energy,
  • use movement to break up long periods of sitting,
  • use breathing to regulate stress and regain concentration,
  • build short movement breaks naturally into the working day.

We focus on practical tools that can be used immediately. Before work, between meetings or whenever energy and attention begin to drop.

Day 2 – Energy, Recovery & Lifestyle

The second session looks beyond the working day and explores the habits that influence our energy, recovery and ability to perform consistently.

We connect movement with sleep, nutrition, recovery, challenges and daily routines, giving us a broader understanding of how these elements work together.

We learn practical approaches to:

  • improve sleep and support better recovery,
  • make nutritional choices that support stable energy and focus,
  • manage energy throughout the working day,
  • understand when to push and when to recover,
  • turn movement into a natural part of everyday life,
  • build habits that support long-term health, wellbeing and performance.

The goal isn’t to create a perfect routine. It is to understand the basic principles, experiment with them and find simple practices that can realistically become part of everyday life.

Why it matters

We were born to move.

Yet much of modern work asks us to do the opposite.

Long periods of sitting, screen time, demanding schedules and constant mental stimulation can leave us feeling stiff, tired and unfocused.

A little movement can change the rhythm of the day.

Short movement breaks give us an opportunity to get the body moving, shift our attention and return to work with renewed energy.

Breathing gives us another simple tool for regulating our state, calming down when pressure rises and bringing attention back to the task in front of us.

And when we begin connecting these practices with sleep, nutrition and recovery, we’re no longer talking about an isolated workplace exercise.

We’re talking about the way we live and perform.

What your team takes away

The aim is not simply to make employees move during a workshop.

It is to give them ideas and tools they can continue using afterwards.

Participants leave with a better understanding of how movement, breathing and everyday habits influence:

  • energy and concentration,
  • physical comfort during the working day,
  • stress and the ability to reset,
  • sleep and recovery,
  • sustainable physical and mental performance.

Most importantly, they experience how little it can take to make a meaningful change in the way they feel during the day.

Organisations

Why work with me?

My background in professional wakeboarding, competitive sport, coaching and personal training gave me a different perspective on performance, recovery, injury, pressure and the process of building physical and mental capability over time.

Years of working with athletes, coaches, personal trainers and physiotherapists led me deeper into strength and mobility training, breathing, nutrition, recovery and the study of human performance.

My approach is practical. We move, experiment and experience the concepts rather than simply talking about them.

The aim is to give people simple tools they can actually use in everyday life.

Built around your workplace

Every organisation is different.

I can adapt the program to your team, working environment, available space and schedule.

We do not need a gym, or any equipment. Employees don’t need to change clothes and the sessions are designed for all levels.

Optional monthly follow-up sessions

Change rarely happens after a single workshop.

Optional monthly, or weekly follow-up sessions can give the team an opportunity to revisit the practices, ask questions and explore new ideas as they begin applying them in everyday life.

Sessions can include movement and mobility, breathing, recovery, sleep, nutrition, focus and other areas of everyday performance depending on the needs of the team.
